Lead Pastor
Kelly is the Founding and Lead Pastor of LifePoint, and his wife Bridget leads LP Kids and the Ladies of LifePoint. They met in college and married in 2000. Together they are busy raising their 4 amazing kids who make sure there is never a dull moment. Kelly enjoys fly fishing, sports of all kinds, farm life, and connecting with other leaders.
Brian Delcour
Associate Pastor/Youth Pastor
Pastor Brian serves as our Youth Pastor. Brian is married to Heather who He claims is “God’s most beautiful creation ever!” They have 3 Beautiful daughters. Brian grew up in the Lebanon area, and Heather moved to Lebanon from Eureka, MO. They have a deep desire to see students grow in love, knowledge and relationship with Jesus! In their free time they love to fish and enjoy the outdoors. On any given day you can probably find Brian eating chicken nuggets and Rocking Crocs, He is high energy and is the goofiest (in a good way) person we know!
Bridget Rhoades
Kids' Pastor
Bridget leads LP Kids and the Ladies of LifePoint. Bridget and Kelly met in college and married in 2000. Together they are busy raising their 4 amazing kids who make sure there is never a dull moment. In her spare time Bridget loves to sub in the public schools, play volleyball and chauffeur the kids to all their activities. She also enjoys singing with the kids along the way.
Ethan Jones
Worship Pastor
Ethan is our worship pastor at Lifepoint! He is married to his best friend and high school sweetheart, Bethany, and together they share 3 of the most awesome kids in the world! Ethan loves LS motors, Chevy Blazers, working on motors, and writing music. His favorite thing in the world to do is spend time with his family.
Heather Delcour
Assimilation Coordinator
Heather is married to Brian, and they both have two spunky, fun-loving daughters. As the Assimilation Coordinator, Heather handles the process of connections here at Lifepoint. Heather's heartbeat is all things people. She is an incredible encourager, has a heart to see people feel loved, and desires to see others grow into who God made them to be. She loves coffee and all things pink and glittery!
Meagan Bateman
Production Coordinator
Meagan assists with all things media at Lifepoint. She has two beautiful girls with her high school sweetheart and husband, Stevan. She loves spending time with her family, drinking coffee, creating art, being outside, and baking in her free time. Her passion is to see others fall in love with Jesus and grow in knowing Him.
Ryder Rhoades
Youth Pastor
Ryder serves as the Youth Pastor of LifePoint and is married to his wife Taylor who he met in college. They are passionate about Jesus, each other, and then church in that order and they are passionate about seeing the youth come to know Jesus in a life changing way. They love watching movies, going thrifting, playing pickleball, coffee, and most of all they love seeing the next generation come to know Jesus in a real way.
